3DS Max Align Tool for Maya - The more I was becoming familiar with Maya, the more I missed Max's Align tool. I couldn't find anything out there that was comparable, and Maya's own align tools left something to be desired. So, I programming my own in Python. It doesn't use any modules that are not native to Maya - Just drop the tool in. It works exactly like Max's: positional alignment based on multiple parameters (Min, Max, Center, Pivot of both objects), rotational alignment, and scale matching. If you find any bugs, drop me a line! Download.
Batch Exporter - This is a conversion of the Batch Exporter below, done in Python for use in Maya. It can take any number of objects and export them, with their UCX collision hulls (if applicable) to either .OBJ or .FBX formats. The exporter will move objects to the origin and back after export. Download.
Bone Stretcher 9000 - This script will take a bone chain and make all the bones stretch/squashable, making controller points for each bone. This script will terminate when it moves to a bone with multiple children bones. Download.
Batch Exporter - This script for 3DS Max was developed in response to a project my classmates and I were assigned: a modular environment done in UDK. This exporter can export any number of objects to .FBX or .OBJ formats, as well as all UCX collision hulls. It also contains options to reset XForms on export and move objects to the world origin and return them to their place in the scene. Download.
Quick Connect Tool - This script, when set to a hotkey (I have it set to Shift+R), will ring your edge selection and open the Connect dialog. This simple function will greatly reduce the time it takes to move to a high poly mesh with control edges for use with Turbosmooth. Download.
Polygon Selector - A script that can find all tris, quads, or n-gons in the selected Editable Poly mesh. Download.
